Who Are David Weiss Parents?: David Weiss, officially known as David Charles Weiss is an American attorney.

He was nominated by Donald Trump to be the United States Attorney for the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and has served in that office since February 22, 2018.

For the past few months, Weiss has been in charge of the investigations into the financial dealings of Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, and was asked to stay on during the Biden administration.

Weiss was first appointed to investigate Hunter Biden for illegal possession of a firearm and failure to pay taxes.

In August 2023, Weiss hit major headlines when was named special counsel in the Hunter Biden probe by Attorney General Merrick Garland.

David Weiss was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States to his parents. There’s no information regarding his mother at this time of writing.

His father, Meyer Weiss, worked as an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) agent in Philadelphia from 1955 to 1984.

He was allegedly caught accepting over $200,000 in bribes from businessmen seeking to break federal tax laws and was sentenced to four years in prison.
