Julia Fox Swaps Out Latex Micro Skirt for Maxi with Exposed Thong Straps

Julia Fox is making waves with yet another set of risqué bottoms.

Spotted during Milan Fashion Week today, the Uncut Gems actress made a statement in two separate knockout latex looks.

The first included a black latex micro miniskirt, which she paired with a skin-tight red latex top. She kept warm in a long leather trench coat and a pair of knee-high boots emblazoned with a crimson-and-black diamond pattern. Other cutting-edge accessories included a frayed bright-red balaclava plus her signature leather gloves.

Later while sitting front row at the Versace show, Fox swapped her micro for a maxi. This time, the latex bottom bared black straps with gold hardware resting right above her hips, giving the illusion of exposed thong straps (some might recall the infamous Miaou thong pants she wore to dinner with former flame Kanye West in New York City).

She paired the skirt with a matching black latex top, which featured a mock turtleneck, an asymmetric chest cut-out, and more exposed straps. Accessories included pointed black boots, a black and gold handbag, and–once again–a pair of skintight gloves.

The dual latex looks are rounding out an eventful fashion season for the actress. During New York Fashion Week, Fox opened the show for LaQuan Smith's fall 2022 collection. And, at Paris Fashion Week, her and West showed out in multiple matching Schiaparelli outfits.

Fox recently opened up to The Cut about feeling pressured to have a more conventional style on the red carpet.

“[Her publicity team was] like, ‘Oh, they’re a little too editorial,’‘It’s too sexy. It’s too provocative. It’s too out there,’” she said. Now, however, Fox says her tune has changed. “I was just like, Okay, I guess I just have to be more Hollywood and more bland. But f*ck that narrative if I want to pop out and wear crazy shit—which is what I want to wear.”
