There's a new royal couple in Kensington Palace. Princess Eugenie of York and her fiancé Jack Brooksbank have officially moved to the royal property, right next door to Princess Eugenie's cousin, Prince Harry and his bride-to-be Meghan Markle.
According to People, the 28-year-old Princess of York has just upgraded her zip code, moving from an apartment at St. James's Palace in Westminster into Kensington Palace's Ivy Cottage with her soon-to-be husband.

The new digs are not only fancy in name, they come with some pretty A-list neighbors—Prince Harry and Meghan Markle live in the two-bedroom Nottingham Cottage, the smallest of the Kensington Palace compounds, which is adjacent to the Princess's new Ivy Cottage.
Better still, in the case that Kate Middleton is looking for a babysitter, Eugenie and Brooksbank will be right across the way from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's main residence, Apartment 1A at Kensington Palace, which is just a stone's throw from both the Ivy and Nottingham cottages.
The Ivy Cottage is reportedly a bit bigger than Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's residence, boasting three bedrooms as opposed to two. Eugenie and Brooksbank's new regal address is being reported as the couple's first shared home together.
The newly engaged longtime couple announced their engagement this past January, after seven years of dating. The pair is set to follow in Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's footsteps, tying the knot at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle this coming October.
