Solange was all glamour at her creative collective Saint Heron’s “A House Is Not a Home” event, where she unveiled a new glassware collection, created in partnership with Philadelphia artist Jason McDonald.
The evening saw the multi-hyphenate dressed in a luxurious strapless corset gown awash in a satin black finish. The Wiederhoeft creation featured visible exposed boning on the exterior of the bodice and a thick belt with a rectangular buckle at her hips. She accessorized the outfit minimally, opting simply for glossy black pointed-toe boots and silver earrings.
As for glam, Solange wore her long black hair down in voluminous, mermaid-esque waves. She continued the ethereal theme with her makeup—luminescent, pearl-like eye shadow and a shiny light red lip color.

The glassware was released through Saint Heron’s Small Matter design studio and gallery.
“The Small Matter Glassware Collection both reflects and crystalizes time through material,” Solange said in a statement. “It was important for our first Small Matter project to be an object designed with black thought and created by black hands. I am forever grateful to Jason McDonalds’s artistry, and for Mark’s guidance on this journey. Over my own personal transformation, creating stillness and materializing monumental parts of the process has been the most clear way of documenting where I am.”
For the reception, Solange partnered with Crown Royal, which just debuted a limited-time offering of whiskey that has been aged 23 years.
